Ingredients:

  • Two zucchini or yellow squashes
  • Two boiled egg yolk( you can use whole egg)
  • Two cucumbers
  • Tahini sauce
  • Sesame seeds
  • Dried dill
  • Green Onion

Instructions:

  • Use a spiralizer to make zoodles, fried them on a pan with heated oil.
  • It was fried for about 5 minutes.
  • While that, spiralized 2-3 small cucumbers.
  • In a bowl, add fried zucchini noodles, cucumber noodles
  • Add 2 tbsp Tahini sauce
  • Add two boiled egg yolks, fresh green onion, dried dill, and sesame seeds, mix all together and enjoy!
