Ingredients:

  • Bell peppers
  • Ground beef
  • Ground turkey
  • Shredded cheese
  • Spices
  • Half and Half

Veggies:

  • Mushrooms
  • Parsley
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Carrots
  • Celery

Directions:

  • Grind the veggies at the food processor
  • Mix together 2 types of Ground meat
  • Add shredded cheese (3 -4 tbsp)
  • Add Half and Half ( 2 tbsp)

Add spices:

  1. Paprika powder
  2. Himalayan salt
  3. Black cayenne pepper
  • Cut bell peppers in half
  • Fill in each pepper with ground meat
  • Bake 45 minutes at 375F
  • Add more cheese while hot
  • Serve as is or by adding sour cream
