Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs salmon fillet
  • 1 lb cod fillet
  • 4-5 big mushrooms
  • Fresh onion and parsley
  • Garlic
  • Several baby carrots
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • Salt/pepper
  • Lemon juice

Instructions:

1.For fish cutlets I used 2 types of fish: salmon and cod.

2.Make a ground fish meat using grinder add vegetables and fish fillet to a grinder.

3.Add spices: salt, pepper, lemon juice

4.Beat in 2 eggs

5.Add 3/4 cup almond flour

6.Mix everything well

7.Heat oil on the frying pan, use medium heat.

8.Fry cutlets about 2 -3 min on each side.
