Brussels Sprouts are full with Omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and Vitamin C.

When pan-roasted or sautéed, the sprouts will have a crisp, caramelized outside and tender but firm inside.


  • 1 bag Brussels
  • Avocado oil
  • Seasonings:
  • Grill mix(salt, peppers)
  • Garlic raw butter


• Heat the oil in a large, heavy bottom skillet with seasonings and garlic

• Then add your Brussels sprouts.

• Add more spices and stir.

• Cook until browned

• Add shredded mozzarella

Serve with any main dish you like, it could be chicken, bacon or slice of salmon under Pesto Sauce or just enjoy as is.
