I ate Redishes all my life only raw, and had no idea it could be fried!And didn’t believe it will taste like potatoes.Fried radishes, especially ones fried in bacon grease, are just close enough to potatoes, I think, keto eaters, dreaming.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Raw Radishes
  • 3 oz diced bacon
  • Salt/pepper/seasonings
  • Avocado oil
  • Paprika powder
  • Green Onions

Instructions:

  • Wash and cut Radishes
  • Spray it with avocado or olive oil
  • Add seasonings
  • Heat medium size pan
  • Add Radishes to a frying pan
  • Add paprika
  • Add diced bacon
  • Cook total 15 min
  • Last 5 minutes, cook under the lid
  • Serve with chopped green onions and pickles.
  • 1 cup of radishes- 2 g net carbs!
