  • One canned tuna
  • 2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • One egg
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • Salt
  • Green onion
  • Lemon juice


  • Drain all the water from tuna
  • In a big bowl, add tuna, mayo, egg, and green onion.
  • Stir well.
  • Then add almond flour, salt, and lemon juice
  • Make six medium-size tuna cakes
  • Heat avocado oil on the skillet
  • Fried tuna cakes 2-4 min on each side, until golden brown
  • Serve with leafy greens and lemons
