My version becomes spicier, but if you don’t like spicy food, you can skip several steps.


• 1 pound ground beef

• 5 ounces cream

• 1 bag thawed cauliflower rice

• Avocado oil

• 1 teaspoon garlic butter homemade

• 3/4 cup shredded nacho mix cheese( but you can use regular mozzarella or another one you like)

• Crushed red pepper( can skip this )

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasonings

• Grill Seasonings ( mix of peppers and salt)


• Heat cooking oil with spices

• Add ground beef in a big size skillet

• Add more seasonings and stir together

• Add cream cheese and stir until melted.

• Add bag of cauliflower rice

• Stir everything together again

• Bring to a boil and cook on medium heat until mixture begins to thicken then reduce heat.

• Cook for 25 -30 minutes.

• Add shredded cheese almost at the very end.• Serve with fresh parsley and black olives.
