• 1 ½ cups of Almond Flour

• One teaspoon of Baking Powder

• One teaspoon of Salt

• ⅓ cup of Sour Cream

• Four tablespoons of butter, melted

• Two Large Eggs


• Preheat the oven to 380F.

• In a large bowl, add the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix.

• Add the sour cream, butter, and eggs and mix to a thick batter.

• Spoon the batter evenly between the five holes of the baking mold.

• Bake for 25-30 minutes until the buns spring back when touched.

• Leave to cool for 20 minutes
