• 2/3 cup Almond Flour

• Pinch of Sea Salt

• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

• 1/4 cup butter

• 1/3 cup sugar-free sweetener

• Two large eggs

• Two teaspoons cinnamon

• One teaspoon vanilla extract

For the coating:

1 tbsp melted butter

3 tbsp sweetener

1 tbsp cinnamon


• Preheat oven to 385°F

• In a large mixing bowl, whisk almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and sweetener.

• In another bowl, mix eggs, butter, vanilla, sea salt

• Combine dry and wet mixture

• Stir well until well combined

• Spoon batter into your donut pan.

• Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the center is set.

• Could you remove them and let them cool?

• Prepare ingredients for coating

• Brush each donut with melted butter

• Then dip the tops of each donut into the cinnamon sweetener mixture. Flip the donut over and coat the bottom.
