I couldn’t believe I can have a bagel again in my life.

And it tastes so much better than the original gluten one, with yeast and all this stuff. You are not gonna miss any carb food, trust me!

The low carb life is a best life๐Ÿ™‚

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups of Almond Flour
  • 3 cups of shredded Mozzarella cheese2 oz of cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp. Baking soda
  • Everything Bagel seasoning
  • 1 extra bitten egg

Instructions:

1.In a bowl add shredded cheese and cream cheese and microwave it for 45 sec.

2.Add your flour and baking powder together.

3.Add 2 eggs

4.Stir together and form a dough

5.Line your baking sheets with parchment paper

6. Divide for six balls, poke a little hole at the middle to form a bagel shape.

7.Use one bitten egg and brush each bagel

8.Sprinkle Everything bagel seasoning on top.

9.Bake for 25 minutes at 375F 10.

Let cool for 15 minutes. Then serve with your favorite spread.

It could be an avocado, or I just create a little chicken bagel -burger, add roasted chicken, pickles, and Havarti cheese, and melt some more cheese on the top,
