Ingredients :

• 1 cup of Almond Meal

• 2 1/2 tablespoons of Coconut Flour

• 1 teaspoon of Baking Powder

• 2 pinches of Salt/pepper

• 2 Eggs

• 1 tbsp. of Apple Cider Vinegar

• 1/4 cup of Sour Cream

• 1/4 cup of Shredded Mozzarella

• 4 ounces of Bacon

• 1 ounce of Butter

Instructions:

• Preheat your oven to 370F.

• Add almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper in your bowl and combine.

• Add the eggs, vinegar, sour cream, and mozzarella mix until just combined.

• In a frying pan, add butter and the bacon and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

• Add bacon and butter to the other ingredients and mix well.

• Spoon mixture in baking Muffins Forms

• Bake for 25 minutes

• Enjoy warm ,or keep for later and re-heat
