I have 2 lbs Chicken tights which I was cooked at the pressure cooker some time ahead, and 10 cups of chicken broth.

Total time for cooking chicken in instant pot was 40 min on high pressure.

For soup we need next


  • 1 zucchini
  • 5-6 broccoli florets
  • Half of onion
  • 5-6 big mushrooms
  • Green onion
  • Fresh parsley
  • 3 tbsp pickled Sorrel
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Salt/pepper
  • Black olives
  • Shredded boiled chicken 10 cups of chicken broth


  • First, we need to fried onion and mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes on a frying pan.
  • I make it taste better in a soup.
  • Add all ingredients to our chicken broth.
  • Use high pressure, and pick time 15 min.
  • When it’s ready serve with 1 tbsp. of sour cream, fresh parsley, and cheese chips.

It is very yummy, enjoy hot soup, especially when you sick or during flu season!
