Fried Tilapia with fresh spinach salad

On each fillet add salt and spices

Prepare 2 bowls,1 with dry mix:

  • almond flour
  • paprika powder
  • Sesame seeds

And 2 nd bowl with 2 bitten eggs.

Dip each fillet in a bowl with eggs,then in a dry mix.

Fried on a skillet using avocado oil, and cook for about 5 min on each side, until golden brown color.

Use medium to low heat, if needed cover with lid on last minute or so.

Serve with salad or just as you like to eat vegetables : simply sliced or pickled veggies or maybe steamed.
