Spinach Omelet Sausage

Baked Spinach Omelet with brussels sprout and Pork Sausage

For omelet:

6 eggs

1-2 cup of Spinach

1 cup shredded cheese

How to:

Heat avocado oil on a skillet

Add spinach

Cook it for about 5 minutes while stirring, until the leaves are dark and are about 1/4 of their original size.

Bitten eggs mix with Spinach and shredded cheese

All stir together with your favorite seasonings.

Bake in oven for about 25 min on 375 F

Brussels and sausages just fried on a skillet for 10 minutes!

Serve when hot and enjoy 😉!
