How to bake Mackerel?

You will need next Ingredients:

3 medium-size Fresh mackerel fish

spices:

salt

pepper

dry onion

garlic

lemon juice

lemon

foil

eggs

some green leaves or herbs you like

How to :

Cut heads and tails clean all black stuff from inside wash under cold water and dry fish fillets

Add spices:

salt

pepper

dry onion

garlic

lemon juice

Make little cuts (about 4 or 5) on each fillet

Add sliced lemons in each cut

Wrap each fillet in a foil

Bake 18 min on 375F

Then unwrap foil

Bake 20 minute more on the same temperature but with open foil

Last 5 minutes should be on a Broil mode 575 F

Serve with salad and boiled eggs
