Salmon with pesto and Fried Zucchini

Great and Quick idea for low carb lunch or dinner.

Add avocado oil on a skillet.
Cut salmon on pieces
Add you favorite spices
I add dried garlic salt and pepper
Roll each piece of salmon at almond flour and fried on each side for 5-8 minutes until golden brown
Then add zucchini and fried around 4 minutes on the same skillet with all that salmon juice ๐Ÿ˜‹
Serve with pesto sause on top and some pomegranate seeds, those flavors together is a bomb.
