Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent fasting is amazing tool to improve your health. It is important to remember that we are not using keto on its own but also intermittent fasting which a very powerful tool which can speed things up.

Do you know that every time we eat, we trigger insulin production..  even if we eat keto foods or not, every time we eat we will produce insulin.

So what we need to do is to start a smooth and gradual intermittent fasting. Very important to start moving your breakfast every day further and further until it reach lunch time.

My scheme that works for me is first meal a day around 1- 2 pm and second meal around 6 – 7 pm/ Then fast till next day about the same time 1-2pm.

No snacks. We start with 3 meals a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cut the snacks out and add a little bit more fat to the meal to allow you to go longer.
