Ingredients
For crust:
1 1/4 almond flour
1 stick melted butter
3 tbsp Erythritol
How to:
All ingredients thoroughly stir together
Using fingers fill out on parchment paper
Bake 7 minutes
Let it cools until you are done preparing the filling (approx .)15 min
Ingredients
 For Filling:
3 eggs
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 or 2 lemons squeeze to get 1/2 cup of lemon juice
2 tbs lemon zest
1/4 cup of Erythritol
How to:
All ingredients mix in the blender.
Let sit in the fridge for 20 min
Then add filling to the crust and bake for 18/20 minutes.
Cut only when cools.
Add powder from Erythritol to the top(optional)
