A mix of blackberries, blueberries and raspberries baked with a cinnamon crumble topping are so delicious, especially when adding whipped heavy cream on top, or as an option add your favorite keto ice-cream!


• 1/2 cup Blackberries

• 1/4 cup Blueberries

• 1/2 cup Raspberries

• 1 cup Almond Flour

• 1/4 cup or less Monk Fruit Sweetener

• Melted Butter

• Grinded walnuts

• Lemon zest/juice/lemon oil

• Xanthan Gum

• Ground cinnamon


• Preheat oven to 400F.

• Mix the sweetener and Xanthan gum in a cup

• Add the berries, lemon juice and zest to a large bowl.

• Sprinkle the sweetener mixture over the top and toss until well coated.

• Pour the mixture into a buttered baking sheet.

• In a separate bowl, add all the crumble topping ingredients- almond flour, ground walnuts, melted butter, cinnamon, and sweetener

• Mix together

• Sprinkle the crumble over the top of the berries.

• Bake 30-35 min at 400F

• Let it cool, as optional add whipped heavy cream on top and fresh berries
