Ingredients:

  • 14 ice cubes with frozen yogurt
  • 5-8 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tsp Perfect Keto Collagen( it also contains Stevia), so I didn’t add any other sweeteners

Instructions:

• Place yogurt in ice cube tray and freeze for 2-3 hours, or until set, or overnight.

• Add frozen yogurt and remaining ingredients to blender and process until smooth.

• Pour the frozen smoothie into a desirable form or use a silicone one

• Freeze for 3-5 hours

• Add coconut flakes, fresh strawberries.

Serving with two frozen balls has 6 g net carbs
