These low-carb, yummy ice cream bars are a speedy and easy treat.


  • Sugar-free chocolate chips or sugar chocolate syrup
  • 4 oz soften cream cheese
  • 2 oz soften butter
  • 2 tbsp sweetener
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract


  • Pour melted chocolate or syrup into a desirable candy mold.
  • I use silicone one with cute bunny
  • Fill in only on the bottom and slightly spread on the sides
  • Freeze it for 2-3 hours

Make filling:

  • Mix butter, cream cheese, vanilla, and sweetener until smooth and creamy.
  • Remove our form with chocolate layer from freezer
  • Pour the filling on each mold.
  • Then repeat the first step with melted chocolate, cover each filling with syrup ( it could be a much thinner chocolate layer because not much space left)
  • Freeze it up to 4 -5 hours, and enjoy!
