Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. Sweetener
  • 2 tbsp Hot water

Instructions:

  1. Melt mozzarella cheese, 45 seconds at microwave or on the oven at the pan but not overheat, it is not supposed to bubble.
  2. Add 2 tbsp cream cheese
  3. Add 1 egg
  4. Add 1/2 tsp baking soda
  5. If you like it sweeter you can add sweetener to the dough too.
  6. But I keep it cheesy flavor.
  7. Mix the dough, use your hand to knead the balls, then roll each in thin lines for easier saturating in syrup. (See below instructions for Cinnamon Syrup)
  8. All stir well and spill it very well on a rolled dough.
  9. Then roll it balls again and fill in the baking mold.
  10. I used silicon one specifically for Donuts shapes. Bake 25 min at 375F Let them cool before add any glazing. I just use sugar-free chocolate syrup. That is it.

Cinnamon syrup:

  • 2 tbsp boiled water
  • 2 tbsp Monk fruit Sweetener
  • 2 tbsp. Cinnamon powder
